Germantown MD dry needling involves the use of a thin filament needle being inserted into the muscle to help stimulate the healing process of any damaged or inflamed tissues that are commonly associated with sports injuries and other ailments.

Dry needling can help to decrease muscular tension and spasming, which tend to occur with a variety of trauma or tissue degeneration throughout the body such as arthritis, sprains and strains, nerve impingements, disc herniations, IT band strains, tendinopathies, along with a variety of other sporting and work-related injuries.
